Refund policy
All items should be sent back in their untouched state (unworn and with the initial tags intact) within a 15-day window. In return, you can choose either a full refund as a store credit or an item replacement. Our goal is to simplify this process for you. If you wish to get a different size or model, specify your preference. We advise reaching out to our customer service at pinyorcs@gmail.com beforehand. This ensures the item you want remains available while we wait for your returned package. Ensure your email contains the order ID, the specific product, and the size you'd like reserved.
Returns with Pinyor
To return a product to Pinyor, neatly package your item along with its invoice in a return envelope or cardboard box, then use the provided prepaid shipping label. When you're ready to send off your return: Use the provided prepaid shipping label for orders in USA.
Visit any UPS or USPS outlet and drop off the package. No need for queues; the pre-paid label handles everything for you.
We appreciate your effort in retaining the newness of the products. This helps in facilitating the return and ensuring the items can be made available to other shoppers. Every returned item must be unused and retain its original tags.
Swimwear, Bodysuits & Undergarments: Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns for earrings, swimwear or undergarments.
Tops & Outfits: Be mindful of cosmetics; ensure they don't come into contact with the clothing.
Damaged or Faulty Products
On the off chance you get a damaged or malfunctioning item, immediately get in touch with our customer service at pinyorcs@gmail.com within 15 days from the purchase date. If you report after the 15-day window, we'll do our best to help with repairs or source replacement parts, but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for an item that can't be fixed.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, certain items might have a "FINAL SALE" tag. Such items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel orders with a 25% restocking fee applied if the order is not in shipping process. All orders placed with discounted codes are not eligible for cancellation.
