Shipping Details
Upon dispatching your order, we will send a tracking code to the email associated with your purchase. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Good news! We provide Free Worldwide Shipping, irrespective of the order value.

***To further enhance your delivery experience, our shipping partner, UPS, grants you the flexibility to alter your delivery specifics even while your order is en route. Simply input your mobile number during checkout, and we'll ensure you get an SMS notification once your order is dispatched.

***Should you wish to grant permission to our delivery partner, USPS, to leave your parcel at your address in your absence, it's straightforward. Direct them to a secure location at your place or opt for an alternative address. This feature can be located in the Delivery Instructions on the USPS tracking webpage.

International Orders
Before confirming your order, acquaint yourself with and agree to our Customs Policy underneath. (The estimated shipping duration doesn't factor in potential customs clearance time.)

Customs Policy
International customers bear the responsibility for any duties and import taxes. The onus of settling these taxes and duties upon the order's delivery lies with you. We don't account for customs, duties, and tax charges governed by your nation. Regrettably, we have no influence over these charges, and they won't be detailed at checkout. We advise consulting your local customs department for relevant charges.

***If any customs fee leads to an order's rejection on delivery, the shipment will be deemed abandoned and subsequently discarded by the courier. Consequently, such orders will not qualify for refunds.

Partial Shipping
Pinyor opts for shipping items in your order as they become available. As such, we might dispatch portions of your order that are prepped and set to ship. This ensures you receive available items without waiting for the entirety of your order to be ready.

Lost Packages
For orders that go undelivered and get returned, a shipping fee will be deducted.

***Please note that once delivered, the onus of monitoring packages, especially those that might suffer damages in transit or get lost, falls on the customer.
